The ideal candidate will be responsible for taking customer orders, processing payments, managing delivery orders, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment while delivering an outstanding gu Min Qualification: OND Experience Level: Entry level Experience Length: 2 years Language Requirement: English Working Hours: Full Time - Rotating Schedule Applicant Location: Lagos, Nigeria Job descriptions & requirements Responsibilities: Welcome guests warmly and provide excellent customer service at all times. Take customer orders accurately and efficiently. Process cash, POS, transfer, and card payments correctly. Handle delivery app orders and ensure timely coordination with dispatch riders. Communicate clearly with the kitchen team to ensure order accuracy. Confirm all food and beverage orders before handoff to customers or riders. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cashier and dining areas. Resolve customer concerns professionally and escalate issues when necessary. Monitor stock levels of packaging materials and front-of-house supplies. Follow company hospitality and service standards consistently. Assist with opening and closing procedures when required. Maintain a positive attitude and professional appearance during shifts. Requirements: A minimum of an OND qualification. Previous cashier or customer service experience is an advantage. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Basic knowledge of POS systems and payment handling. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Good attention to detail and multitasking ability.
