The role involves conducting skin consultations, recommending suitable treatments and products, and providing professional spa services in line with organizational standards and hygiene protocols. Key Responsibilities: Ensure client comfort, privacy, and satisfaction throughout treatments. Stay updated on industry trends, beauty products, and treatment techniques. Provide body treatments including body scrub, body polish, and steam bath sessions. Perform Microdermabrasion and Dermaplaning procedures. Conduct skin consultations, skin analysis, and develop appropriate treatment plans based on client needs. Deliver professional massage therapies including: Hot Stone Massage Swedish Massage Aromatherapy Massage Wood Therapy Deep Tissue Massage Perform various facial treatments including: Anti-Aging Facial Calming Facial Basic Glow-Up Facial Brightening Facial Acne Facial Adhere to all health, safety, and organizational policies and procedures. Keep accurate records of client treatments, preferences, and progress. Carry out professional waxing services. Carry out Hydra Facial treatments professionally and safely. Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and sterilization of all spa equipment, tools, and treatment areas. Recommend suitable skincare products and aftercare routines to enhance and maintain treatment results. Administer Hammam bath treatments. Perform manicure and pedicure services. Requirements: & Qualifications Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Good interpersonal and relationship management skills. Proven experience: as a Spa Therapist or similar role. Certification in Beauty Therapy, Cosmetology, Spa Therapy, or related field.(Optional) Professional appearance and attitude. Strong knowledge of skincare treatments and spa procedures.
