The successful candidate will be responsible for processing and posting financial transactions, maintaining accurate records, monitoring accounts, and supporting reconciliation and month-end accounting activities. Key Responsibilities: Maintain and monitor the Group Company Local Staff Imprest Control and MIS. Process drafted bank receipts for all locations and ensure they are posted to the correct bank/account. Draft bank receipts for the respective divisions. Assist with other accounting activities at month-end. Post daily expense vouchers. Review and reconcile contractor accounts. Post POS transactions for all locations. Review and ensure errors in drafted vouchers are rectified. Check all location bank receipts. Maintain the Group Company Fixed Assets Register. Monitor daily imprest account JV postings. Requirements: Minimum of 5years' relevant accounting experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Strong analytical and numerical skills. Prior experience: as an Accounts Receivable/Accounts Payable Officer. Master's degree is an added advantage. Good communication skills. Experience: within a distribution, trading, or channel-sales environment will be an advantage. Bachelor's Degree in Accounting. Salary N200,000 - N250,000 / month.
