Post a Job CLICK HERE TO JOIN OUR WHATSAPP CHANNEL Process Engineer Job at Siperco Nigeria Limited Siperco Nigeria Limited is currently recruiting suitably qualified candidates to fill the position below: Job Position: Process Engineer Job Location: Lagos Employment Type: Full-time Responsibilities: Process Design & Engineering: Develop and review Process Flow Diagrams (PFDs), Piping & Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs), Heat and Material Balances (HMBs), and Process Design Basis documents. Perform process simulations, hydraulic calculations, and equipment sizing using industry-standard software. Prepare process datasheets and technical specifications for process equipment. Develop process philosophies, operating procedures, and design calculations. Ensure process designs meet safety, operability, reliability, and environmental requirements. Process Optimization: Analyze plant performance and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, product quality, energy consumption, and throughput. Monitor key process parameters and recommend corrective actions to optimize production. Support troubleshooting of process upsets and operational challenges. Conduct debottlenecking studies and recommend process improvements. Equipment & System Engineering: Provide process engineering support for: Reactors Distillation Columns Heat Exchangers Pumps and Compressor Procurement & Vendor Support: Prepare process equipment specifications and material requisitions. Review vendor technical proposals and process calculations. Participate in technical bid evaluations (TBEs). Resolve technical queries from suppliers and contractors. Review vendor documentation for compliance with project requirements. Participate in plant performance testing and acceptance activities. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering or Process Engineering. 10–12 years of experience: in process engineering .
