We are seeking enthusiastic and target-driven Direct Sales Trainees to join our Personal & Retail Banking team. Key Responsibilities: Work closely with branch and sales teams to support customer acquisition and revenue growth. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and prospects. Promote products such as savings accounts, current accounts, debit cards, digital banking solutions, loans, deposits, and other approved financial products. Educate customers on available banking products and services and recommend suitable solutions. Open and onboard new customer accounts in line with approved procedures. Acquire new customers through direct sales, referrals, networking, and field marketing activities. Ensure all customer acquisition activities comply with the bank's policies, KYC requirements, and regulatory standards. Generate leads and convert prospects into active customers.
