The successful candidates will support day-to-day factory and production activities while following established safety procedures, production guidelines, and instructions to ensure smooth and efficient operations. We are seeking hardworking, reliable, and disciplined individuals to join its production team as Factory Workers. Key Responsibilities: Support daily production and factory operations as assigned. Carry out other duties related to factory and production operations as assigned. Work effectively with other members of the production team. Follow shift schedules and work additional hours when required. Learn and adapt to assigned production processes and tasks. Maintain discipline and punctuality while carrying out assigned duties. Adhere to all applicable workplace safety procedures and production guidelines. Follow instructions and established production procedures carefully. Assist with production activities to ensure smooth and efficient workflow. Report any production, equipment, or safety concerns to the appropriate supervisor. Maintain a clean and organised work environment. Requirements: & Qualifications Previous experience: in a factory, manufacturing, food-processing, agricultural-processing, or similar industrial environment is an advantage. Candidates with mechanical skills have an added advantage. Candidates with tailoring skills have an added advantage. Key Skills & Attributes: The ideal candidate should demonstrate: Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and processes. Ability to work effectively in a factory/manufacturing environment. Ability to follow instructions, safety procedures, and production guidelines. Discipline and reliability. Good teamwork and interpersonal skills. Willingness to work shifts and overtime when required. Ability to work effectively as part of a production team.
