We are seeking a highly organized, results-oriented, and proactive Business Developer to drive business growth and expand the company's market presence. Job Summary The ideal candidate must possess strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and entrepreneurial skills, with a proven ability to identify business opportunities, build and maintain strong customer relationships, and achieve sales targets. The successful candidate should be proactive, commercially minded, results-driven, and capable of adapting to changing market conditions. The Business Developer will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, generating sales leads, developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers, coordinating regional sales activities, and monitoring depot performance against established sales targets. The role will also involve identifying potential new ventures and market opportunities, providing regular updates on sales and depot performance, monitoring market trends, and developing strategies to achieve business growth objectives. The Business Developer will work closely with relevant departments to address customer and operational issues while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention. Duties and Responsibilities: Identify and pursue opportunities to acquire new customers and expand the company's customer base. Monitor and provide regular reports on depot performance, including sales performance, operational risks, challenges, and growth opportunities. Conduct market research to identify market gaps and recommend strategies to address them and create new business opportunities. Perform any other duties or assignments as directed by management. Uphold the highest standards of professionalism and conduct in a manner that protects and strengthens the company's brand and reputation. Collaborate with relevant departments to resolve customer, logistics, inventory, and operational issues that may affect business performance. Develop and implement strategies to retain existing customers and strengthen customer loyalty. Manage depot logistics, inventory, and distribution activities to ensure smooth and efficient day-to-day operations. Coordinate regional sales activities to support the achievement of established sales targets.
