Key Responsibilities: Ensure program compliance with nonprofit sector regulations and best practices. Lead the design, implementation, and management of programs and initiatives. Develop and maintain effective monitoring and evaluation frameworks. Prepare high-quality reports for leadership, partners, donors, and stakeholders. Support fundraising, grant management, and donor engagement efforts. Build and manage relationships with beneficiaries, partners, funders, and community organizations. Monitor program performance, outcomes, and impact against established KPIs. Oversee program budgets and ensure effective resource utilization. Lead, mentor, and develop staff and volunteers. Required Qualifications Minimum of 5 years experience: in Program Management. Strong experience: in program design, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation.
