Bachelor's Degree in engineering, computer science, technology, or a related field. Requirements: Problem-solving skills and the ability to resolve client issues and challenges with tact and diplomacy. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment. Commitment to providing exceptional client service and building long-lasting relationships based on trust, integrity, and professionalism. Proficiency in using CRM systems, databases, and other software tools to track client interactions and manage onboarding processes.
