Serve as primary technical support for internal staff, resolving software, connectivity, hardware, and system access issues quickly. GDS & Software Maintenance: Manage software installations, API integrations, booking engine connections, and terminal configurations for GDS systems (Amadeus, Sabre, etc.) and internal travel management ERPs. Coordinate with third-party IT vendors, internet service providers (ISPs), and software providers to ensure optimal uptime. Cybersecurity & Data Protection: Enforce cybersecurity protocols, user permissions, multi-factor authentication, and antivirus protection across all systems.
