Are you an experienced Welder Foreman with strong Hard-Facing, welding & fabrication expertise? This could be your next opportunity! Key Responsibilities: Manage welding equipment, materials and tools Inspect weld quality, dimensions and finished work Ensure compliance with API, BSI, ASME & AWS standards Minimize material waste and maximize productivity Supervise daily welding, hard-facing & fabrication activities Prepare progress reports and resolve operational challenges Train, mentor and provide technical guidance to welders Enforce strict HSE & quality requirements: Interpret engineering drawings, specifications & welding procedures Allocate work and coordinate welders/support personnel Requirements: Strong ability to read drawings, manuals and specifications Welding Certificate is compulsory SSCE + 2 years technical experience: OR ND/SSCE + 8 years’ Hard-Facing Welding experience: Ability to stand for extended periods and work safely in demanding environments. Experience: with welding tools, cutting equipment and fixtures Strong problem-solving, planning and coordination skills Ability to work under pressure and with minimal supervision N450,000 - N600,000 / month.
