We are recruiting to fill the position below: Job Title: Retail Branch Manager Location: Abuja (FCT) Employment Type: Full-time Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement strategies to increase customer traffic, sales and repeat patronage. Ensure the branch is properly merchandised, clean, organized and maintained to company standards. Drive sales, revenue growth and branch profitability in line with approved targets. Prepare and submit accurate branch reports and provide regular updates on branch performance. Monitor cash handling, reconciliation and compliance with financial controls. Ensure excellent customer service and promptly resolve customer complaints and issues. Identify operational challenges and recommend practical solutions to management. Work closely with Pharmacy, Supermarket, Finance, HR, Audit and other relevant departments. Monitor daily sales and operational performance and take corrective action where required. Lead, supervise, motivate and evaluate branch staff to achieve performance targets. Manage the overall operations and performance of the branch. Maintain high standards of discipline, accountability, safety and professionalism within the branch. Ensure proper stock management, availability of products and effective inventory control. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, regulatory requirements: and operational standards. Requirements: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with retail/POS systems is an advantage. Bachelor's degree / HND in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Accounting or a related field. Minimum of 5 years' experience: in retail management, preferably in a supermarket, pharmacy, FMCG or large-format retail environment. Strong understanding of retail operations, inventory management and customer service. Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven retail environment. Proven experience: managing a team and delivering sales and profitability targets. Strong numerical and analytical abilities. Excellent leadership, communication, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
