We are recruiting to fill the position below: Job Title: Civil Engineer Location: Victoria Island, Lagos Employment Type: Full-time Job Summary This full-time role is central to overseeing maintenance and finishing operations, with a particular emphasis on high-rise building maintenance and sophisticated façade works. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Civil Engineer to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities: Manage the full project lifecycle, from initial concept to final delivery, ensuring the execution of high-quality, innovative, and functional designs. Oversee and supervise the installation of specialized façade systems, including aluminum, Alucobond, and glass work, as well as the finishing of doors, windows, and partitions. Ensure all structural elements are safe, stable, and fully compliant with relevant engineering codes, standards, and regulations. Prepare detailed engineering drawings, including architectural layouts, structural designs, and schematics for building systems such as plumbing, ventilation, and electrical installations. Lead, supervise, and effectively coordinate a technical team focused on finishing works. Relevant work experience: / Qualification Demonstrated knowledge and proficiency in industry-standard software, including AutoCAD Civil 3D and other computer-aided design (CAD) applications Excellent communication, interpersonal, and team collaboration skills, with the ability to lead and coordinate technical teams effectively. Bachelor's Degree (B.Sc) or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Civil Engineering is required.
