In this role, you willmanage customer enquiries across multiple channels, handle inbound and outbound calls, provide front desk support, and ensure every customer and guest has a professional and positive experience with our brand. Key Responsibilities Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and guests at the front desk. Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally. Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and other communication channels. Provide accurate information about our products and services. Follow up with leads, prospects, and existing customers. Resolve customer complaints promptly or escalate when necessary. Schedule appointments and direct visitors to the appropriate team members. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and front desk activities. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer requests. Gather customer feedback and identify opportunities to improve the customer experience. Requirements 1 – 3 years of experience in customer service, front desk, reception, or a similar role. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities. Good computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure. A professional appearance and customer-first attitude.
