Constantly confirm and update client documentation on the company’s database. Support annual budgeting, forecast obligations and recommend payment priorities. Support annual audit and implement recommendations. Preparation of monthly payroll Ensure all relevant Financial Laws, Standards, Rules, and Regulations are implemented. Prompt preparation of the client payment schedule and receipt. Prompt remittance of all statutory deductions (PAYE, Withholding Tax, and Pensions) to the appropriate authorities. Preparation of monthly account statement and bank reconciliation. Requirements: Candidate must have completed NYSC. Knowledge of accounting software such as Zoho, Sage, QuickBooks, etc. Detailed and problem-solving abilities. Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel tools. Candidate must reside within Lekki-Ajah Axis. Qualified candidates should be within the age bracket of 22 - 26 years old. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. A University Degree with a minimum of Second-Class Honors (Upper Division) or HND (Upper Credit) in Accountancy. 1 - 2 years of cognate experience. A professional qualification is an added advantage.
