The successful candidate will be responsible for facilitating effective communication between Chinese-speaking personnel and local employees, as well as translating documents and information accurately between Chinese and English. Key Responsibilities: Provide accurate interpretation between Chinese-speaking and English-speaking employees. Translate documents, reports, instructions, emails, and other company materials from Chinese to English and vice versa. Assist during meetings, training sessions, interviews, and official engagements where translation is required. Facilitate clear communication between management, Chinese expatriates, and local staff. Ensure that translated information retains the correct meaning, context, and professional tone. Assist Chinese-speaking personnel with day-to-day communication and administrative activities. Maintain confidentiality of company information and sensitive documents. Support management and other departments with translation and interpretation duties as required. Requirements: Fluency in both Chinese (Mandarin) and English, with strong speaking, reading, and writing abilities. Minimum of 2 years relevant experience: as a Chinese Translator/Interpreter is preferred. A degree, diploma, or relevant qualification in Chinese Language, Linguistics, Translation, International Relations, or a related field is an advantage. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
