To be successful in this role, you should have a good understanding of lending procedures and customer service experience. Ultimately, you will help our clients acquire loans on time while ensuring all requirements: are met. We are looking for a Credit Officer to facilitate lending for our clients by assessing creditworthiness and processing relevant paperwork in Ilorin, Kwara State. Responsibilities: Monitor progress of existing loans. Follow up with clients about loan renewals. Review loan requests. Analyse risks and approve or reject loan requests. Evaluate creditworthiness and risks. Assess clients’ financial status. Daily & weekly repayment collection. Set up payment plans. Contact clients to gather financial data and documentation. Maintain updated records of loan applications. Requirements: and Skills Ability to create and process financial spreadsheets. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. NCE / OND / HND / BSc in Banking and Finance, Economics, or related field. Customer service experience. Hands-on experience: with lending procedures and products. Strong analytical skills.
