Read more about this company HSE Lead Job Type Full Time Qualification BA/BSc/HND Experience: 15 - 20 years Location Delta Job Field Engineering / Technical , Environment Health and Safety Job Purpose The HSE Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) programs across LNG operations to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, promote a strong safety culture, minimize operational risks, and achieve company HSE objectives. Key Responsibilities: Lead HSE compliance, audits, and inspections across LNG operations and maintenance activities. Identify workplace hazards, conduct risk assessments, and implement effective mitigation measures. Monitor operational activities to ensure adherence to HSE policies, standards, and regulatory requirements. Investigate incidents, accidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions, and recommend corrective and preventive actions. Develop and implement safety plans, procedures, and continuous improvement initiatives. Analyze HSE performance data and prepare management reports and recommendations. Coordinate employee HSE training, awareness programs, and safety meetings. Ensure production equipment and operational processes meet safety standards and requirements. Collaborate with operations and project teams to drive consistent HSE practices across the business. Liaise with regulatory authorities, auditors, and external investigators when required. Monitor employee compliance with HSE policies and recommend recognition or corrective actions as appropriate. Support emergency preparedness, response planning, and crisis management activities. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree (B.E./B.Tech) in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline. Relevant Health, Safety, and Environment certifications will be an added advantage. Experience: 15-20 years of relevant HSE experience: within the oil & gas, LNG, petrochemical, or related process industries. Proven experience: in HSE management within midstream processing operations.
