As a Senior Product Designer, you will be responsible for executing high-quality designs for our financial products, ensuring they are intuitive, accessible, and effective. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, mentor junior designers, and champion user-centred design within the organisation. What you’ll Do Advocate for accessibility (A11y) and inclusive design principles, ensuring our products serve a diverse user base. Stay ahead of fintech trends and best practices to drive product innovation. Design scalable UI components and contribute to our evolving design system. Use data-driven insights to continuously improve the user experience: and optimise for business impact. Mentor and guide junior designers, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation. Lead the end-to-end design process, from discovery and research to wireframing, prototyping, and final UI execution. Create and refine micro-interactions and motion elements to improve user engagement and usability. Define and execute design strategies that align with business objectives and user needs. Conduct advanced user research, usability testing, and A/B experiments to validate and refine design solutions. Partner closely with product managers and engineers to ensure seamless implementation of designs. What you need to Succeed Expertise in interaction design, information architecture, and user flows. Ability to synthesise qualitative and quantitative insights into impactful design decisions. Figma mastery - deep experience: with auto layout, design tokens, component variants, interactive prototypes, and scalable design libraries. Comfortable working in agile, fast-paced product teams. Proven experience: in fintech and / or SaaS environments, with a strong understanding of industry challenges and user behaviours. Ability to articulate design rationale and influence stakeholders across teams. Strong knowledge of motion design tools (Lottie, After Effects, Principle) to create dynamic user experiences. 3+ years in a senior product design role, with a strong focus on UX and a demonstrated ability to lead impactful projects Strong knowledge of behavioural psychology and how it influences user decision-making. Deep understanding of designing for both mobile and web platforms, ensuring responsive and adaptive experiences. Familiarity with UX analytics tools (Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Hotjar, etc.). Proficiency in atomic design principles and building scalable UI frameworks. Mastery of visual design, typography, grids, layout, and colour theory.
