Handle customer complaints, provide estimates for repairs, and ensure all work is completed to customer satisfaction. Act as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring their needs and concerns are addressed professionally. Inventory & Auto Parts Management: Liaise with suppliers to negotiate prices and maintain strong relationships to source quality parts at competitive prices. Monitor inventory levels of auto parts, tools, and supplies to ensure the workshop is well-stocked at all times. Implement inventory control systems to reduce waste and manage costs effectively. Financial Management: Track daily financial transactions, including sales, purchases, and expenses. Ensure accurate invoicing and timely payments from customers. Ensure the workshop operates within budget while maintaining profitability. Provide regular financial reports and analysis to the upper management.
