The ideal candidate will optimize resources, manage processes, and ensure effective collaboration across departments to support business growth and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities: Optimize resources across operational and production functions. Oversee finance-related operations, budgeting, and reporting. Coordinate and synergize systems, departments, and production workflows. Oversee day-to-day operational processes to ensure efficiency and timely delivery of fashion products. Work closely with designers, production teams, and tailors to align operations with creative output. Support strategic and operational decision-making. Manage teams, supervise staff performance, and drive productivity. Support HR, payroll, and general administrative operational functions. Person Specifications Bachelor’s degree (BSc) in Business Administration, Fashion Design, Textile Technology, or a related field. PGD is an added advantage. Minimum of 4 years’ cognate experience as an operations manager or in a similar role. Experience within the fashion, garment, textile, or apparel industry is required. Strong background or practical understanding of fashion design and garment production processes. Strong finance and commercial awareness. High level of process discipline and system orientation. Proven leadership and people management skills. Strong strategic and operational thinking capability.
