We are recruiting to fill the position below: Job Title: Driver Location: Abuja (FCT) Employment Type: Full-time Job Summary The ideal candidate must have excellent, first-hand knowledge of Abuja's roads, districts, and routes, and must be able to navigate the city confidently without relying on GPS or third-party guidance. The Driver will be responsible for the safe and timely transportation of staff, management, and company property across Abuja and, where required, other locations. Key Responsibilities: Report any accidents, mechanical issues, or delays promptly to supervisors. Navigate all routes within Abuja (and environs) accurately and efficiently without needing directions or navigation apps. Ensure the safety and security of passengers and any goods being transported. Maintain the assigned vehicle in clean, roadworthy condition at all times. Perform any other duties assigned by supervisors or management. Ensure strict compliance with traffic laws and company driving policies. Conduct routine checks on the vehicle (fuel, oil, tyres, lights, etc.) and report faults promptly. Assist with errands, deliveries, and dispatch of documents/items as required. Drive company vehicles safely and responsibly for official assignments and staff movement. Maintain accurate records of trips, mileage, and fuel usage. Requirements: Minimum of an SSCE/OND or equivalent qualification. Valid Nigerian driver's license (mandatory). Minimum of 3 years' proven driving experience. Honesty, discipline, and a strong sense of responsibility. Must have excellent and accurate knowledge of Abuja roads, districts, and routes without guidance (mandatory). Good communication and interpersonal skills. Physically fit, alert, and punctual. Good knowledge of basic vehicle maintenance. Clean driving record with no history of accidents due to negligence.
