We are seeking a responsible, organised, and detail-oriented Store Officer to manage the haulage department's store, materials, tools, equipment, and company assets. Key Responsibilities: Manage the receipt, storage, issuance, and documentation of store items and materials. Support periodic inventory and asset audits. Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records and stock balances. Ensure proper documentation and authorization for all stock movements. Track the allocation and return of tools, equipment, and other company assets. Maintain proper organisation, cleanliness, and security of the store. Monitor stock levels and initiate requests for replenishment when necessary. Ensure compliance with company policies and store management procedures. Safeguard company assets, tools, equipment, spare parts, and consumables. Report shortages, damages, losses, or irregularities promptly. Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile physical stock with records. Requirements: OND / HND / B.Sc. Degree in Supply Chain Management, Accounting, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field. Experience: in oil & gas, haulage, engineering, or a related industry will be an advantage. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other inventory management tools. Good knowledge of inventory and stock control procedures.
