What You'll Do Maintain accurate financial records through timely bank statement and cashbook reconciliations. Prepare transaction, settlement and financial reports across multiple payment channels. Investigate and resolve transaction-related issues while supporting fraud monitoring and financial controls. Support daily finance operations, reconciliations and regulatory reporting. Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the integrity and accuracy of the Bank's financial records. What We're Looking For A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Banking & Finance or a related discipline. At least 3 years' experience: in a Finance role. Banking, Microfinance Bank or Financial Institution experience: is mandatory. Strong understanding of reconciliations, settlements, financial reporting and financial controls.
