Preparing/processing product triggers based on approved instructions. Tracking quantities contracted, triggered, loaded, delivered and outstanding. Tracking outstanding supplier quantities, balances and obligations. Reconciling supplier invoices and transaction records. Preparing pre- and post-trade cargo economics. Calculating/compiling product landed costs. Capturing freight, premiums, agency, inspection, demurrage and other applicable transaction costs. Supporting transaction-level P&L and margin analysis. Comparing estimated vs. actual transaction economics and identifying variances. Supporting market and product pricing analysis as required. Preparing Excel-based reports, models and trackers.
