Key Responsibilities: Drive sales and monitor achievement of store targets. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Support the onboarding and training of store staff when required. Manage schedules, appointments, follow-ups and assigned tasks for the CEO. Perform other duties as may be assigned by the CEO. Prepare and submit required sales and operational reports. Provide administrative and personal support to the CEO as required. Maintain a clean, organised and well-presented store. Monitor stock levels and ensure proper inventory management. Oversee daily store operations and ensure smooth running of the store. Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer complaints appropriately. Assist with coordination, documentation and other business-related tasks. Maintain confidentiality of business and personal information. Supervise staff and monitor attendance, performance and productivity. Requirements: Good customer service and problem-solving skills. Previous experience: supervising a team. Ability to work independently and take initiative. 1–3 years’ experience: in store management, retail operations, administration or a related role. High level of discretion and confidentiality. Bachelor’s degree/HND in Business Administration, Management, Marketing or a related field. Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace. Must currently reside in Lekki Phase 1, Lagos, or within close proximity to the store. Strong communication, organisational, and multitasking skills. Salary N180,000 Net Monthly.
