We are recruiting to fill the position below: Job Title: Land, Survey, GIS & Geospatial Information Manager Location: Utako, Abuja Job Description Prepare, review and manage survey plans, coordinates, GIS maps, site layouts, land records, technical reports, spatial databases and georeferenced project documentation to support planning, design, development control and management decision-making. Lead land surveying, boundary verification, site mapping, topographic assessment, geospatial data collection and land information management for UR9 Group's projects. Work closely with UR9 teams to verify land status, resolve boundary issues, support approvals, reduce land-related risks and ensure every project is backed by accurate spatial intelligence. Qualifications & Experience: Minimum of 5 years' relevant experience: in land surveying, GIS, geospatial mapping, land administration, estate development support, infrastructure mapping and construction-related survey operations. Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Surveying & Geo-informatics, Geomatics, Geography, GIS, Urban & Regional Planning or any related field. Professional membership, registration, or certification with relevant bodies such as SURCON, NIS or any recognized GIS/geospatial professional body is a necessity added advantage with practical experience: supporting land acquisition, boundary verification, estate layouts and project development documentation. Required Skills & Competencies: Strong technical competence in land surveying, GIS mapping, geospatial analysis, site measurement, boundary demarcation, coordinate systems, topographic interpretation and land documentation. Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD, ArcGIS/QGIS, Google Earth, GPS/GNSS tools, total station equipment, drone mapping support, Microsoft Excel, spatial databases and professional reporting tools. Excellent attention to detail, analytical thinking, field coordination, problem-solving, documentation discipline and ability to interpret land, survey, title, planning and site- development information accurately.
