We are recruiting to fill the position below: Job Title: Lubricant Sales Coordinator, South East Locations: Awka - Anambra & Aba - Abia Employment Type: Full-time Specialization: Lubricants (Sales) Job Summary The candidate is responsible for driving lubricant sales expansion across the South East region by identifying and cultivating new business opportunities, maintaining strong customer relationships, and achieving assigned sales targets. Key Duties Identifies, prospects and onboards new customers, including distributors, retailers, industrial users, workshops and fleet operators, to expand the company's market share. Drives lubricant sales across the assigned Southeast territory in line with approved sales targets and budgets. Works independently within the territory while collaborating effectively with the sales and technical teams. Maintains and deepens relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business, customer retention and timely resolution of complaints. Organises and supports product activation, promotional and customer engagement activities within the region. Provides technical advisory support to customers on lubricant selection, application and usage to build product confidence and loyalty. Compiles and analyses periodic sales records and consolidates such reports to the Lubricant Sales Manager. Negotiates commercial terms and closes deals within approved pricing and credit policies. Monitors and reports on market trends, competitor activities and consumer preferences to guide Rainoil's lubricant offering accordingly. Requirements: Minimum of five (5) years' relevant experience: in Lubricant Sales. Strong negotiation and deal-closing skills. Strong reporting and data analysis skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel for sales tracking, analysis and reporting. Ability to work without supervision and work as part of a team. Problem-solving and strategic thinking ability. Good knowledge of the Southeast market is an added advantage. Technical knowledge of lubricants and their applications. Minimum of Second-Class Upper (B.Sc) in Engineering, Marketing or a related discipline.
