Min Qualification: Degree Experience: Level: Senior level Experience: Length: 5 years Language Requirement: English Working Hours: Full Time - 8 to 5 Applicant Location: Nigeria Job descriptions & requirements: Responsibilities: Draft, review and negotiate client, vendor, consultant, contractor, partnership, employment, participant, NDA and other legal agreements. Advise management on corporate, contractual, regulatory, employment and business-risk matters. Manage corporate governance, statutory filings, compliance calendars and company-secretarial requirements. Develop and strengthen legal/compliance policies, SOPs, templates, approval processes and controls. Partner with HR on employment agreements, labour-law matters, complex disciplinary/termination matters and workplace investigations. Provide legal and compliance support to company programs and operations, including participant agreements, conduct, confidentiality and related matters.
