Job Position: Sales Executive Job Location: Karmo, Abuja (FCT) Employment Type: Full-time Job Summary The Sales Executive will be responsible for promoting Romanspage Global’s digital solutions, including the Coursademia learning platform and Bickford’s AI training programmes, by engaging youths, NYSC members, professionals, businesses, educational institutions, NGOs, and corporate organizations. Job Responsibilities: Sales Development and Revenue Growth: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities for Coursademia, AI training programmes, and other digital solutions. Drive user acquisition, subscriptions, and training enrollments across target markets. Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets. Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and training pitches to prospective users, organizations, and institutions. Convert leads into paying users, participants, and corporate clients. Client Management and Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with youths, NYSC members, professionals, NGOs, educational institutions, businesses, and corporate organizations. Serve as the primary point of contact for prospects and clients. Provide excellent customer support and follow-up to ensure client satisfaction and retention. Develop long-term partnerships that encourage repeat business, referrals, and sustained platform usage. Gather client feedback to improve products, services, and customer experience. Strategic Growth and Business Development: Identify opportunities to expand Coursademia and AI training programmes within schools, NYSC camps, organizations, and corporate environments. Collaborate with internal teams to develop outreach and engagement strategies. Mobilize and onboard users during field activities, NYSC camp programmes, webinars, activations, and business events. Develop partnership proposals for NGOs, educational institutions, and corporate organizations. Promote awareness of digital learning and AI productivity solutions through campaigns, events, and strategic partnerships. Reporting and Performance Management: Track and report sales activities, leads, enrollments, subscriptions, and conversion rates. Maintain accurate records of prospects, client interactions, and transactions. Prepare weekly and monthly sales performance reports. Analyze sales performance data to improve outreach and conversion strategies. Consistently achieve assigned KPIs and sales targets. Job Qualifications Education: Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Marketing, Business Administration, Education, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. NYSC completion is required. Job Experience: 2-5 years of experience: in sales, marketing, business development, or technology-related services. Experience: selling digital products, training programmes, SaaS solutions, or EdTech products is an added advantage. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Experience: engaging youths, students, NGOs, businesses, or corporate organizations is preferred. Core Competencies: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities. Ability to explain digital products and technology solutions clearly to different audiences. Strong organizational and time management skills.
