The CFO also manages relationships with investors, banks, and other stakeholders, and provides strategic recommendations to the CEO based on financial analysis. Responsibilities Key responsibilities include: Lead the development and implementation of financial strategies that align with business goals. Manage the company's budgeting process and develop financial forecasts to guide decision-making.Prepare and present accurate financial reports to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and compliance. Oversee cash flow management, ensuring the company has necessary resources to meet its obligations.
