Work with Product and Engineering to ensure the backlog is refined and sprint-ready. Ensure user stories have sufficient requirements: and acceptance criteria before entering a sprint. Facilitate estimation and capacity planning with the Engineering team. Track sprint commitments against actual delivery. Identify and remove blockers affecting engineers. Manage dependencies across Product, Engineering and other teams. Reduce repeated sprint spillover and unfinished work. Track engineering delivery metrics including velocity, cycle time, sprint completion and blocker resolution time. Maintain accurate delivery visibility in Jira or similar tools. Facilitate retrospectives that result in actual process improvements. Help Product and Engineering build a predictable and sustainable software delivery cadence. This role may be for you if: You have 5+ years of relevant experience: , with significant experience: working directly with software development teams. You have previously served as a Scrum Master or Agile Delivery Lead for engineers. You understand the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and how work moves from requirements: → development → QA/testing → release.
