This position is crucial for providing guests with a comfortable and welcoming stay. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces are clean, well-maintained, and presented according to hotel standards. Key Responsibilities: Follow hotel policies, procedures, and health & safety guidelines. Report any maintenance issues, damages, or missing items to the Supervisor immediately. Sweep, mop, dust, and vacuum rooms and public areas. Work collaboratively with other housekeeping staff to ensure smooth operations. Maintain the highest standards of hygiene and cleanliness throughout the hotel. Assist in laundry services when necessary. Respond promptly to guest requests and provide excellent customer service. Ensure all cleaning equipment and supplies are used safely and stored properly. Clean and tidy guest rooms, bathrooms, corridors, and other assigned areas. Change bed linens, replace towels, and replenish room amenities. Qualifications Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently. Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays. Candidates should possess an SSCE / GCE / NECO with 1 year housekeeping experience: (hotel or hospitality experience: preferred but not mandatory).
