The desired candidate must have experience: in sales, marketing, loan services, microfinance, banking, or a related role. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting the company’s loan products, generating new customers, developing leads, and supporting customer acquisition efforts. Key Responsibilities: Explain loan products, eligibility requirements, terms, interest rates, and repayment schedules to prospective customers. Generate new leads and customers through direct marketing, referrals, networking, social media, and field activities. Assist customers with the loan application process and required documentation. Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, and applications. Promote and market the company’s loan products to prospective customers. Submit regular reports on sales and marketing activities. Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers. Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries professionally. Achieve assigned sales, customer acquisition, and loan disbursement targets. Follow up with leads and prospective customers to convert inquiries into successful applications. Requirements: Willingness to carry out field marketing and customer acquisition activities. OND / HND / B.Sc in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field with 2 – 3 years of experience: in sales, marketing, loan services, microfinance, banking, or a related role. Strong customer relationship management skills. Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital communication tools. Must be proactive, confident, disciplined, and target-oriented. Excellent communication, persuasion, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proven ability to meet sales and customer acquisition targets.
