We are recruiting to fill the position below: Job Title: Volunteer - Documentation & Reporting Location: Abuja, Nigeria Job type: Full-time Work mode: Hybrid/Remote Duration: Project-based (August – September 2026) About Walk For Life Nigeria Beyond the walk, the movement creates a platform to amplify the voices of suicide survivors, reduce stigma, encourage early intervention, strengthen mental health support systems, and inspire emotional, psychological, and spiritual healing across Nigeria. Hosted by the Dinma Amadi Mental Health Foundation in collaboration with Kedu Therapy and Serenity Support, the movement brings together individuals, organisations, advocates, survivors, mental health professionals, policymakers, and communities to champion compassion, connection, and preventive mental health care. Walk For Life Nigeria is a national suicide prevention road walk movement dedicated to restoring hope, breaking stigma, and inspiring a culture where every life is valued. Walk For Life Nigeria 2026: 500 Voices of Hope, will bring together 500 Nigerians for a united road walk in commemoration of World Suicide Prevention Day. About the Volunteer Role Rather than applying for a single department, volunteers should be willing to contribute wherever their skills, experience, and availability are most needed to ensure the successful planning and execution of Walk For Life Nigeria 2026. Successful applicants may be assigned to one or more functional teams based on organisational needs and their strengths. We are seeking passionate, committed, and purpose-driven volunteers who are excited about making a meaningful impact through one of Nigeria's growing suicide prevention movements. Responsibilities: As a volunteer, you will: Help create a welcoming, safe, and inclusive experience: for participants and partners. Support the planning and execution of Walk For Life Nigeria 2026. Carry out assigned responsibilities: with professionalism and accountability. Collaborate effectively with team members and project leads. Represent the values of Walk For Life Nigeria in all engagements. Contribute ideas and solutions that strengthen the impact of the movement. Attend virtual and physical planning meetings where applicable. Who We're Looking For We're looking for individuals who: Are willing to serve wherever their skills are most needed.
