Job Summary We are looking for a dedicated, experienced, and quality-driven Production Assistant to support its production operations. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in Microbiology and a minimum of five (5) years of practical experience: in food or beverage production. This role requires someone who understands production processes, quality standards, hygiene practices, and can contribute to efficient daily manufacturing operations. Key Responsibilities: Maintain accurate production records and documentation. Support the implementation of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and standard operating procedures. Assist in minimizing production waste and improving operational efficiency. Conduct routine quality checks on raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods. Ensure production activities comply with food safety, hygiene, and quality standards. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized production environment. Comply with all company health, safety, and environmental policies. Ensure proper handling, storage, and usage of raw materials and finished products. Monitor production processes and report any deviations or equipment issues promptly. Work closely with the production team to achieve daily production targets. Assist in the daily production of beverages and other products in accordance with approved procedures. Requirements: Minimum of 5 years' experience: in food or beverage production. High level of responsibility, integrity, and commitment to quality. Knowledge of quality control procedures and production documentation. Bachelor's Degree or HND in Microbiology or a closely related field. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Strong teamwork, communication, and organizational abilities. Strong understanding of food safety regulations, hygiene standards, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). Working Days & Hours: Saturday: 7:30 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. Monday – Friday: 7:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Break: One-hour break daily.
