We are recruiting to fill the position below: Job Title: ELV (Extra Low Voltage Systems) Project Manager Location: Victoria Island, Lagos Employment Type: Full-time Role Summary We are seeking an experienced ELV Project Manager for an expatriate assignment in Nigeria to lead and manage Extra Low Voltage (ELV) projects from initiation through successful completion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, execution, coordination, and delivery of ELV systems including CCTV, Access Control, Structured Cabling, SMATV, AV, BMS integration, and other low-current systems. The role requires ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in accordance with required quality, safety, and regulatory standards. Key Responsibilities: Ensure compliance with safety and site requirements: Lead end-to-end ELV project lifecycle management Ensure adherence to specifications, quality standards, and regulations Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies • Supervise installation, testing, commissioning, and handover Manage procurement, materials, and vendor coordination Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams Oversee system design reviews and technical compliance Monitor budgets, project costs, and financial performance Plan, schedule, and control project timelines and deliverables Maintain effective stakeholder communication Prepare project progress reports and documentation Performance Expectations / KPIs Effective risk & issue management On-time project delivery Compliance with quality & safety standards lient satisfaction Budget adherence & cost efficiency Required Experience: & Qualifications Strong project management & leadership capability Budgeting & cost control expertise Strong reporting & documentation skills.
