Key Responsibilities: Assist in calibration and proper use of QA/QC laboratory equipment. Support the QA/QC Officer/Manager with other quality-related tasks as assigned. Support product traceability and shelf-life/stability monitoring. Assist with internal audits and regulatory inspections (e.g., NAFDAC, SON) as required. Monitor compliance with GMP, HACCP, and hygiene standards on the production floor. Support sampling, testing, and documentation in line with SOPs and quality standards. Record and report quality deviations, non-conformances, and corrective actions. Maintain accurate QA/QC records, logs, and reports. Conduct routine quality checks on raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods. Requirements: Good attention to detail and observational skills. Basic knowledge of GMP, HACCP, and food/beverage safety standards. Minimum of 1 year experience: in a QA/QC role, preferably within the beverage/FMCG industry. Good documentation and communication skills. Ability to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays where required.
