The role oversees daily accounting operations, including transaction recording, reconciliations, expense monitoring, payroll support, budgeting, financial reporting, and cash flow management. Within the Spa, Beauty, Wellness, Cosmetics, and Personal Care industry, the Accountant plays a critical role in maintaining financial discipline while supporting business growth through accurate financial insights. The position works closely with Operations, Procurement, Sales, and Management teams to monitor revenue performance, control costs, optimize profitability, and ensure compliance with statutory financial obligations. The ideal candidate should demonstrate strong analytical skills, attention to detail, integrity, and the ability to translate financial data into actionable business recommendations. Key Responsibilities Maintain accurate and complete financial records in compliance with accounting standards. Record daily business transactions including sales, expenses, purchases, and payments. Prepare and maintain general ledger accounts. Analyze financial performance and highlight key business trends. Provide financial insights to support management decision-making. Maintain proper tax documentation. Liaise with tax consultants and regulatory authorities where required Required Experience Interested candidates should possess an HND / Bachelor`s Degree Minimum of 3–5 years accounting experience. Experience in: Hospitality Spa & Wellness Beauty Industry Retail FMCG Healthcare Service-based businesses is an advantage. Experience managing financial records, reconciliations, reporting, and compliance.
