We are recruiting to fill the position below: Job Position: I.T Manager Job Location: Ikeja, Lagos Employment Type: Full-time Job Summary We're looking for a proactive, solution-oriented professional who can drive technology efficiency and support business growth with experience: in the Aviation, Construction and Real estate sector. The IT Manager will oversee and manage IT infrastructure, systems and technology operations. Key Responsibilities: Manage the company's IT infrastructure, networks and systems. Ensure the security, availability and performance of IT resources. Provide technical support and troubleshoot hardware, software and network issues. Manage IT vendors, software licences and technology assets. Recommend and implement technology solutions to improve business operations. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree/HND in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field. Minimum of 3–5 years of experience: in IT operations, with proven leadership or management responsibility. Experience: working within the Aviation, Construction, Real Estate, or related industries is highly preferred. Strong knowledge of network administration, IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and systems management. Proven experience: managing hardware, software, servers, networks, and other IT assets. Knowledge of cloud solutions, enterprise applications, Microsoft 365, and data backup/recovery systems is an advantage. Ability to diagnose and resolve hardware, software, network, and system-related issues. Experience: managing IT vendors, software licences, budgets, and technology procurement. Strong understanding of IT security, access controls, data protection, and business continuity. Excellent problem-solving, communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to recommend and implement technology solutions that improve efficiency and support business growth. Relevant professional certifications such as CCNA, CompTIA, Microsoft, ITIL, CISSP, or related certifications will be an added advantage. Must be proactive, solution-oriented, organized, and able to work independently with minimal supervision. Other Requirements: IT experience: with leadership or management responsibility. Strong knowledge of network administration, cybersecurity and IT systems management. Experience: managing cloud solutions and enterprise applications is an advantage. Excellent problem-solving, communication and stakeholder management skills. Relevant IT certifications will be an added advantage. Salary N300,000 - N350,000 / month.
