Prepare and update drawing registers, documentation, RFIs and related technical submissions. Provide guidance and oversight to the Assistant Architect, reviewing outputs and assigning tasks as required. Coordinate design inputs with structural, MEP, procurement and site teams to ensure consistency, accuracy and constructability. Incorporate sustainability and ethical construction practices into design solutions. Develop architectural concepts, detailed drawings, specifications and schedules in line with project requirements: and statutory regulations. Participate in site inspections to verify design intent, resolve field issues and support construction progress. Conduct design reviews at key milestones, addressing clashes, quality issues and required revisions promptly. Manage revisions, change requests and design adjustments to minimise delays and rework. Essential Requirements: Experience: working within ISO-compliant systems is desirable. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, BIM tools and MS Office. COREN, ARCON or equivalent registration preferred. 8–11 years architectural experience: in construction or consultancy environments. Strong understanding of building codes, planning regulations and construction methodologies. Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture; Master’s degree is an advantage.
