Attend to enquiries, requests, complaints, and feedback promptly. Provide guests with information about apartment facilities, services, house rules, and nearby attractions. Support the management of the apartment's Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, WhatsApp Business, and other approved digital platforms. Create and post engaging content showcasing apartments, facilities, guest experiences, promotions, and special offers. Respond to booking enquiries received through phone, WhatsApp, social media, booking platforms, and other approved channels. Confirm reservations, update booking records, process extensions/cancellations, and ensure availability information is accurate. Take quality photos and short videos of apartments, facilities, events, and guest-ready spaces using approved devices. Prepare simple captions, reels, stories, and promotional content. Manage guest check-in and check-out procedures. Verify booking details and required identification. Explain apartment facilities and house rules. Issue and collect keys/access cards and ensure proper documentation of arrivals and departures. Requirements: Knowledge of social media analytics and digital advertising is an advantage.
