We are recruiting to fill the position below: Job Title: Operations Intern - Bidding and Sourcing (Energy) Location: Lagos Job Summary The candidate must be intelligent, willing, intentional about growth and open to learning. We are seeking to hire a young passionate and intelligent Operations Intern to join the Operations Team at NoemDek. Responsibilities: Evaluate supplier pricing, quality, and timeliness of delivery. Help prepare bid proposals and tenders, ensuring accuracy and compliance Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers. Track and monitor supplier performance. Coordinate the delivery of materials and services to the appropriate location. Support the bidding team in other tasks as required Source materials and services needed for operations. Assist in creating presentations and reports for clients Prepare and submit purchase orders to suppliers. Liaise with internal teams to gather necessary information for bid proposals Analyze and interpret data to support bidding decisions Negotiate with suppliers for the best prices and terms. Conduct market research to identify new potential clients and competitors Requirements: 0-1 year of experience: in bidding and sourcing activities.
