Minimum Requirements: Ability to identify, approach, and convert prospective clients into long-term customers. Bachelor's Degree or HND in Marketing, Business Administration, or any related discipline. Strong business development and negotiation skills. Must be target-driven, self-motivated, and willing to travel for client visits and project sourcing. Good knowledge of digital marketing and social media marketing will be an added advantage. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Minimum of 2 years' experience: in sales and marketing, preferably within the construction, building materials, or glass industry.
