Drive retail sales by generating and fulfilling orders across assigned territories. Convert retailers from competing brands to increase market share. Territory Coverage & Execution: Ensure 100% coverage of all assigned retail outlets through consistent and structured route planning. Follow up and close leads from field teams (TAEs), prioritizing proximity and conversion efficiency. Market Execution Excellence: Ensure continuous availability of Lafarge products across all retail outlets. Execute best-in-class merchandising standards, ensuring optimal product visibility, display, and positioning. Operational Effectiveness: Support field operations and deliver on assigned tasks in line with business objectives and performance standards. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Lead Conversion Efficiency.
