Key Responsibilities: Operational Leadership: Direct and manage daily operations across petroleum products marketing, waste management, pollution control, haulage, and marine services. Team Management: Lead, mentor, and develop senior managers to foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and performance. Financial Oversight: Monitor budgets, optimize resource allocation, and drive cost efficiency across all business units. Compliance & Safety: Ensure adherence to Nigerian and international environmental, health, and safety standards, particularly in waste management and petroleum operations. Business Development: Identify opportunities for expansion in petroleum supply, environmental consultancy, and marine logistics. Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with regulators, clients, partners, and community stakeholders. Strategic Planning: Collaborate with the CEO and executive team to develop and implement business strategies that align with industry trends and regulatory requirements.
