Demonstrated experience: in school leadership or educational administration, including managing staff, overseeing curriculum, and driving academic outcomes. Strong skills in instructional leadership, including mentoring educators, implementing teaching best practices, and promoting continuous improvement in pedagogy. Proficiency in communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with students, families, staff, and community stakeholders. Capability in organizational and operational management, including budgeting, resource allocation, scheduling, and compliance with education: standards and regulations. Commitment to holistic student development, including moral, cultural, social, and emotional growth, and the integration of technology into learning. Relevant academic qualifications such as a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education, Educational Leadership, or a related field; appropriate licensure or certification is an advantage.
