As a Mechatronics / Robotics Engineer, you will work across mechanical, electrical, embedded and autonomous systems to develop Radseed's products and prototypes. You will work closely with the Founder and other engineers to turn product requirements: into functioning hardware. You will be expected to take increasing ownership of engineering problems—from defining requirements: and designing solutions through prototyping, testing, troubleshooting and documentation. Translate product requirements: into engineering specifications. Develop mechanical concepts, assemblies, and prototypes. Integrate mechanical, electrical, and embedded components. Support development of UAV platforms, payload systems, and agricultural robotics. Improve existing prototypes based on test results and field feedback. Engineering & Prototyping: Produce and review CAD designs. Select appropriate mechanical components, materials, and hardware. Build and modify prototypes.
