We are recruiting to fill the position below: Job Position: Sales Officer Job Location: Omoku, Rivers Employment Type: Full-time Job Purpose To provide administrative and operational support to the Sales & Marketing Department by processing sales orders, preparing sales reports, coordinating customer orders and deliveries, maintaining accurate sales records, and ensuring excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities: Receive, process, and confirm customer orders promptly. Prepare sales invoices, delivery notes, quotations, and other sales documents. Maintain accurate records of customers, sales transactions, and product inventory. Coordinate with Production, Warehouse, Logistics, and Finance to ensure timely order fulfillment. Follow up on pending customer orders and deliveries. Respond to customer enquiries and resolve complaints promptly or escalate where necessary. Monitor daily sales activities and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports. Maintain an up-to-date customer database and sales filing system. Track customer payments and follow up on outstanding invoices in collaboration with the Finance Department. Assist in preparing sales forecasts and performance analyses. Schedule meetings and maintain the Sales Manager's calendar where required. Support the implementation of sales promotions and marketing campaigns. Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing, and sales procedures. Maintain confidentiality of customer and company information. Perform any other duties assigned by the Sales & Marketing Manager. Qualifications Candidates should possess an HND/B.Sc. in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, or a related discipline. Must have 2–3 years of experience: in sales administration or customer service. Experience: in the FMCG, agriculture, or food processing industry is an added advantage.
