Key Responsibilities: Monitor social media interactions and respond to customer inquiries professionally. Coordinate email and WhatsApp marketing campaigns. Track KPIs, customer engagement, leads, and return on marketing investment. Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to recommend improvements. Create, schedule, and publish engaging content for social media. Optimize website and social media content for SEO and online visibility. Plan and manage paid advertising campaigns to achieve measurable results. Analyze campaign performance and prepare weekly and monthly reports. Produce compelling marketing copy, graphics, and promotional campaigns. Collaborate with management to promote events, offers, and new services. Maintain and strengthen the company's digital brand identity. Manage Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X (Twitter), LinkedIn, and other digital channels. Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across all online platforms. Requirements: Education: Minimum of OND, HND, or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, Computer Science, or any related field.
